We are currently working on our Nutritional Information.  We hope to have it available here soon.  There are no preservatives or additives in what we make.  Just the best tasting bread and freshest that we know of anywhere in southern California.

Update:  We finally have some of the Nutritional information done for the bread.  We will post it ASAP!!
