At Old Town Baking Company, great baking starts with intention. Our bread products are made from scratch with simple, all-natural ingredients, including traditionally made sourdoughs, whole-grain, and seeded breads that fit into a balanced, modern diet. We also produce a variety of delicious pastries, pies, cookies, and sweet breads.

No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just time, care, and a whole lot of love.

Our fresh-baked favorites are enjoyed across Southern California and can be found in grocery stores, cafés, delis, sandwich shops, coffeehouses, produce stands, schools, restaurants, and hotels. You’ll also find us at farmers markets throughout the region and seasonal events like the Brea Nutcracker Christmas Market, Christmas on Euclid in Ontario, and Harvest Craft Fairs around California.
